Exhibitor Move In:
Wednesday, October 6th
7:00am to 8:00am
Exhibit Hours:
Exhibits will be open during breakfast, morning breaks and lunch both Wednesday and Thursday. Wednesday exhibit times will also include the afternoon break.
Exhibitor Move Out:
Thursday, October 7th
1:15pm – Please note you can leave your exhibit table set if you plan on attending the afternoon session that follows the lunch break. We do ask that all exhibits be removed by the start of the 3:00pm session.

Exhibits are placed in the atrium and common areas leading to the sessions.

Exhibit Guidelines:
Exhibits are table top only. If space is needed for displaying your products that will not fit on the 6’ skirted table or you have free standing signage, please contact me in writing prior to move in.
Exhibitor Badges:
Each exhibiting company received two staff badges.
