The Marketing Professional Certificate Program (MPCP) is an advanced program for the experienced senior housing (independent living) marketing director.

In today’s erratic housing marketplace, the competition is tough and full occupancy in your independent living community is a challenge.  This program provides you with the skills needed to stay aggressive, profitable and win the battle for market superiority.

Gaining the edge in the competitive senior housing market requires that marketing directors and sales staff possess highly developed core skills that allow them to effectively respond to occupancy challenges and succeed in connecting with the consumer.  MPCP provides participants with the tools and know-how to plan for and meet the future with confidence using proven sales skills, marketing and advertising strategies.

Christine Wirthwein, President of Wirthwein Marketing and MPCP instructor will lead you through the key components needed to achieve success in marketing senior housing for your organization. Wirthwein — who established WCMA in 1989 and draws on more than two decades of experience in senior housing marketing coast to coast is a highly respected national leader in senior living sales, marketing and advertising.

The skills you retain from this course will increase your industry knowledge and ultimate occupancy for years to come.  Don’t miss your chance to stay ahead of your competition!

During two days of instruction participants learn how the following components work, how they are applied and how they integrate with a comprehensive marketing plan and program.

The components include:
  • The Environmental Scan
  • Marketing Objectives and Strategy
  • Marketing and Sales Manpower
  • Marketing Information System

Your CMP is renewable. 18 continuing education hours must be taken every two years in order to maintain your CMP status. Renewal requires documentation of the 18 CEs and an administrative fee. LSN contacts you when it is time for your renewal.
