LSN strongly believes that your employees are your most important asset.  You need to know if your wages and benefits are competitive, and you require comparative wage and salary data for informed budgeting.  To help you accomplish this, LSN conducts a salary and benefits survey.  Conducted annually, this fully web-based tool provides members with a vast amount of comparative wage and salary data that can be customized to meet an individual organization’s needs.  LSN’s salary survey provides members with the ability to compare their organization with others in terms of size, services offered, regional area, etc. 

The 2008 LSN Annual Salary and Benefit Survey Reports are now available!  A total of 156 member organizations from regions across the state of Illinois participated in this year’s survey – a record number!  Having current data regarding compensation and benefits for various levels of administration, staff, and consultants – from your region – facilitates your organization’s ability to recruit and retain the most qualified employees.  Many are also planning your 2008 budgets – these reports are key resources to your planning process!

The reports provide valuable breakdowns of salaries by position and by region of the state.  Salary details include ranges and quartiles for each position by region.  Salary information for over 70 administrative, staff, and consultant level positions are included in each report.  Information about bonus and incentive programs is also included!
