As we strive to build person-centered communities where elders live meaningful lives and staff supports them with caring relationships and competent services, continuing learning opportunities are essential.  LSN is firmly grounded in its commitment to providing regionally-based, affordable, frontline staff education throughout the year that develops specific skills which foster meaningful relationships with elders and with each other.

The curriculum of frontline staff education changes periodically to keep current with research findings and best practices in the field, but the fundamental goal remains the same – to enhance the lives of elders living in, or being served by our communities.
