The goal of the LSN Shining Star Awards Program is to honor individuals who have gone above and beyond their job descriptions to offer exceptional contributions in service to the elderly. Additionally, they award organizations that have developed innovative and creative programs that touch the lives of older adults in positive, meaningful ways. Awards are presented each year at LSN’s Annual Convention & Expo.
